Roofing of the office building at the Uzinelor street

Solar Construct completed a full scope of works for the flat roof of an office building in Moldova, using the high-quality Rhenofol CV PVC membrane.

Roof Structure and Layers

🔹The base is a concrete slab, over which a vapor barrier film was laid
🔹Thermal insulation consists of extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards
🔹The slope was formed using cementoplast, followed by a dry screed
🔹Waterproofing was done with German PVC membrane Rhenofol CV, 1.8 mm thick, laid over geotextile and mechanically fastened
🔹Water drainage is organized via parapet outlets.
