Roofing of the warehouse at the Uzinelor street

This project represents the reconstruction of an old industrial building.

The load-bearing part of the roof consists of prefabricated elements – reinforced concrete trusses and prefabricated roof slabs. The roof slope is formed by the shape of the supporting structures. The insulation is provided by a layer of cementoplast.

A solid base for attaching the roofing membrane is the cement-sand screed. Water drainage from the roof is realized through internal drainage funnels.

As waterproofing, a black PVC roofing membrane was used (optional color). The membrane was installed over a protective layer of geotextile and mechanically fixed to the base. In areas with increased wind impact, our specialists provided enhanced membrane fixing (wind zones), in accordance with the requirements for PVC roofing.
