Roofing of the residential complex in Ialoveni city

Solar-Construct has completed the full range of thermal and waterproofing works for the roofing of the entire residential complex.

Extruded polystyrene (XPS) sheets were used as insulation on the project, laid in two layers. To form the roof slope, a leveling layer of cementoplast and a cement-sand screed were applied.

The waterproofing was done with modern polymer-bitumen rolled materials in two layers. After applying a bituminous primer, a smooth underlayment layer of waterproofing was laid. The top layer of waterproofing has an additional protective layer in the form of slate granules.

Premium-quality European waterproofing material from NEXLER was used on the project.
